At Microplex, great printing solutions start with understanding the application.

We recently welcomed Matthew Armstrong, our new Sales Engineer for North and South America, to our headquarters in Germany for an intensive application training program.

The goal was not simply to learn our products, but to gain a deep understanding of the challenges our customers face in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, automotive production, and other industrial environments.

From printer integration and automation interfaces to emulations, mobile printing, and application-specific solutions, Matthew received hands-on training across the entire Microplex portfolio.

This knowledge enables him to support customers in selecting the right printing technology for their processes — helping them improve efficiency, simplify integration, and achieve long-term reliability.

We are excited to have Matthew on board and look forward to supporting our customers throughout North and South America with even greater expertise.
